After your VIN was reset, EA charged you $10 to "fund" your account and then you could charge. This $10 will be refunded to you after you use up the 1,000 kWh of free charging.
How long does it take for the free charging to activate?
Once you enter your promo code and VIN, the free charging should activate within 24 hours. If it doesn't, contact EA customer service and they can help you troubleshoot the issue.
Is there a way to check if my free charging has been activated?
Yes, you can check if your free charging has been activated by logging into your EA account. You should see a message that says "Your Free Charging is now active" in the upper right corner of the page.
How long will my free charging last?
Your free charging will last for one year from the date of activation. After that, you will need to renew your agreement or purchase a new one.
What happens if I don't use all of my free charging before it expires?
